SUMMER GRILLING ESSENTIALS. Simple and fast grilled lobster tails and clams on a smoker or gas grill! Literally takes minutes to cook up and needs nothing other than a little melted butter.



  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1 lbs clams (throw away any that are open)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper


  1. Preheat grill to 450 F.
  2. Season tails with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place tails meat side down on grate and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 140 F. Serve immediately with melted butter.
  3. Meanwhile, place clams directly on grates, then cook 5-8 minutes, or just until they open. Serve immediately with melted butter.
