Ingredients

Combine pork sausage with Dijon, fresh herbs, lemon zest, and spices.

Step 1

Mix thoroughly until very well blended.

Step 2

Next, you’ll sauté leeks, onion, and carrots in a large pan.

Step 3

Once hey’ve softened, add the seasoned sausage mixture to the pan.

Step 4

Once the pork is browned well, deglaze the pan with white wine.

Step 5

Let the wine reduce by about half, then stir in a little flour.

Step 6

For some veggies, I like to add an entire bag of fresh spinach.

Step 7

Once wilted, you can turn off the head.

Step 8

Now for the fun part: break the phyllo into small pieces, then scrunch and place on top.

Step 9

Bake until the phyllo is earth shatteringly crispy and golden brown.
