Here's What You'll Need
ground chicken, scallions, blue cheese crumbles, breadcrumbs, buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, sweet paprika, lettuce, cheddar cheese, slider buns, blue cheese or ranch dressing
Combine ground chicken, scallions, blue cheese, seasoned breadcrumbs, buffalo wing sauce, garlic, paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Divide meat into 2 oz portions, form into patties. Use your thumb to press down slightly in the center of each chicken patty to form a small indentation.
Preheat a grill over medium-high heat, then coat with nonstick spray. Cook chicken about 3-4 minutes per side. Add cheddar cheese about 1-2 minutes before finished cooking.
Place dressing on each slider bun, add lettuce on top, then a chicken slider. Drizzle with additional wing sauce, blue cheese and top half of bun.
