Here's what you'll need
Get the recipe!
First, whisk eggs in a large mixing bowl
Add ground beef on top
Stir, then refrigerate
Then top with breadcrumbs, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder
Use your hands to stir gently until well blended
Do not overmix!
Use a cookie scoop to portion out the meatballs
Roll each meatball until smooth
Bake or broil until just cooked through -- no mess on the stove!
Serve with spaghetti and your favorite red sauce! Classic beef meatball perfection!
