Ingredients

Heat a saucepan with olive oil over medium heat. When hot, add garlic and sauté until fragrant and light golden brown.

Cook the garlic

Add drained beans and sauté  stirring occasionally, then add fresh spinach.

Stir in beans and spinach

Pour in lemon juice,  season with Kosher salt and a black pepper. Cook until spinach is just wilted.

Finish

Serve & enjoy!

Serve immediately or set aside and eat later at room temperature.
