Ingredients

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.

Step 1

Whisk together until well mixed.

Step 2

Add butter, eggs, and sugar in a bowl.

Step 3

Add half of the flour, then whisk well.

Step 4

Add remaining flour and pecans.

Step 5

Fold until the dough comes together.

Step 6

Form into two even logs.

Step 7

Bake for 25 minutes.

Step 8

Cool slightly, then cut into 1-inch thick pieces.

Step 9

Place on their side then bake. Flip over halfway through, then continue baking.

Step 10

Melt chocolate in a bowl.

Step 11

Dip the cooled biscotti into melted chocolate. Top with toasted pecans.

Step 12

Allow the biscotti to harden for 1 hour.
