Here's What You'll Need
tequila blanco, pineapple juice, lime juice, cointreau, pineapple wedges, salt, tajin, jalapeño
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add pineapple juice, tequila, lime juice, and Cointreau. Secure lid, shake for 10-12 seconds to aerate the drink.
Optional, but adds so much flavor! Heat a grill pan or grill over medium-high heat. Grill pineapple wedges for 1-2 minutes per side, or until just charred. Set aside.
Run a lime wedge along rim of glass, dip upside down into bowl with equal parts salt and tajin. Place ice in glass. Strain, then add jalapeño slices to each drink. Garnish with grilled pineapple.
