Ingredients

Combine cream cheese, sugars, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt, then beat until creamy.

Step 1

Scrape down the sides, then add eggs one at a time.

Step 2

Once incorporated, you’ll pour in heavy cream sour cream, and maple syrup (or bourbon!).

Step 3

Be sure to scrape down the sides to ensure it’s really well mixed.

Step 4

Transfer 1 cup of cheesecake batter to a bowl with pumpkin purée and spices.

Step 5

Whisk well until evenly mixed.

Step 6

Pour the cheesecake base into the prepared crust.

Step 7

Place heaping spoonfuls of the pumpkin batter right on top.

Step 8

Then use a knife to swirl into the top creating a marble pattern.

Step 9

The cheesecake will bake in a water bath, then cool in the oven with the door cracked.

After refrigerating overnight, make fresh whipped cream.

I really like to serve this with cinnamon whipped cream.

Dollop or pipe as much of the fresh whipped cream on top as you like.
