Ingredients

Toss the cleaned, butterflied shrimp with olive oil and kosher salt.

Toast breadcrumbs with garlic, then add Parmesan, lemon zest, and spices.

Give it a good stir to thoroughly mix.

Place butterflied shrimp in the dish so that their tails are curved over top and they lay flat.

Spoon the breadcrumb mixture all over the top of the shrimp, then roast for 10-12 minutes.

Broil for about 2 minutes, until the breadcrumbs turn golden brown.
