Stuffed Clams with 'Nduja

Here's what you'll need

Purge the clams of any  sand and debris.

Cook in a large pot with a bit of water until opened, about 5-7 minutes.

Discard any clams that don't open during cooking,

Remove the clam meat from their shells, then finely chop.

Make the filling: butter, shallots, garlic, 'nduja, breadcrumbs, Parm, parsley, and chopped clams

Well Seasoned Studio

Fill each halved clam shell with a generous amount of stuffing, then bake!

Serve with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. A great app to any meal!
