Ingredients

Parboil the potatoes until tender, then strain.

Step 1

Heat oil in a large pan, then add the cooked potatoes.

Step 2

Once the potatoes begin to crisp, add Swiss chard leaves.

Step 3

Stir in garlic, red pepper flakes, and kosher salt, then cook for a few minutes.

Step 4

Add a splash of red wine vinegar, then stir into the potatoes. They’re ready!

Step 5

Be sure to sprinkle a bit of flaky sea salt on top before serving!
