Homemade Teriyaki Sauce

Sake, soy sauce, and mirin combine into a deeply flavorful homemade teriyaki sauce. Rich, concentrated, and thick, this soy sauce is full of umami and wonderful as both a marinade or a dipping sauce!

  • ½ cup sake
  • ¼ cup soy sauce low-sodium
  • ¼ cup mirin

Instructions

  • Combine sake, soy sauce, and mirin in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer.
