Pecan Chicken Salad

- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped tarragon
- 1 Tbsp chives thinly sliced
- ½ tsp Kosher salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 rotisserie chicken white meat only, pulled (about 2 cups), skin removed
- 2 cups seedless red grapes sliced in half
- ½ cup pecans roughly chopped
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
Make the dressing. Combine FAGE Total Plain Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, tarragon, chives, Kosher salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl, then whisk to combine.
Add remaining ingredients. Add chicken, grapes, pecans, and poppy seeds, then stir until evenly mixed. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serving suggestions: on a salad, in a wrap or sandwich, with crackers!
