Preheat oven. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat salmon dry with a paper towel, then place on the baking sheet. Drizzle the salmon with neutral oil, then season with Cajun spice blend (or blackening spice blend) and Kosher salt. Zest lime over the top of the salmon.
Bake until barely cooked through, (time may vary depending on the thickness of the fish — pull salmon out when it registers 120F in the center).
Top with chopped fresh parsley, then serve immediately with lime wedges.
