Place 1 slice blueberry pie, coffee ice cream, and milk in a blender, then blend until desired consistency is reached. We recommend leaving it a little chunky so you get bits of pie crust for texture!
Pour the blueberry pie milkshake into a tall glass, then top with whipped cream (if using) and sprinkle with the additional pie crust pieces crumbled on top.
