Ingredients

Preheat an oven to 400F. In a large bowl, combine pulled rotisserie chicken, 1 cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce, 1 cup sour cream, 4oz cream cheese, 1 cup shredded cheese, ¼ cup Ranch dressing (or ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese), 2 thinly sliced scallions, and ½ tsp Kosher salt in a large bowl.

Transfer to a shallow baking dish or skillet, then sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Cool slightly, then top with remaining thinly sliced scallions. Enjoy with tortilla chips, crostini, or vegetables.
