Frozen Greek Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

Combine Greek yogurt and cookie butter in a mixing bowl, then stir to thoroughly mix until well blended. Add fresh blueberries, then gently stir to incorporate.

Make the yogurt filling

Use a standard cookie scoop to portion the filling into equal size bites. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, then freeze until solid, about 2 hours.

Freeze the yogurt bites

Place chocolate chips and canola oil (or coconut oil) in a microwave safe bowl, then heat in intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.

Temper the chocolate

Remove the yogurt bites from the freezer, then dip in melted chocolate. Immediately sprinkle each bite with flaky sea salt. Pop them back in the freezer.

Coat in chocolate, then freeze
