Place chocolate chips and canola oil (or coconut oil) in a microwave safe bowl, then heat in intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
Remove the yogurt bites from the freezer, then dip in melted chocolate. Immediately sprinkle each bite with flaky sea salt. Pop them back in the freezer.
