Hungarian Mushroom Soup with Sour Cream

Here's what you'll need
Cook onions and mushrooms in a large dutch oven, then flavor with paprika and fresh herbs
Simmer, then add chicken stock, milk, wine, and soy sauce. Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
Season with salt, pepper, then squeeze in fresh lemon juice!
Serve with additional sautéed mushrooms and some micro greens
