Place chicken in a large bag or container with flour, then shake to thoroughly coat.

Brush chicken cutlets with Dijon

Then coat with pecans and  panko breadcrumbs!

Fry them up in batches of two at a time, for about 3-4 minutes on the first side.

Flip, then transfer to a preheated oven to finish!
