Here's What You'll Need
sea scallops, salt, pepper, grapeseed oil, butter, garlic cloves, parsley, lemon
Set broiler to high. Drizzle skillet with oil. Season scallops with salt and pepper, then place in the pan. Transfer to an oven rack and cook for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Place butter in a saucepan. Add garlic, then heat until butter has melted and garlic has infused the sauce. Set pan over the lowest heat and keep warm until ready.
As soon as the scallops come out of the oven, pour the garlic butter sauce on top. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, then serve immediately with lemon wedges.
