Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread vanilla yogurt on top in a flat even layer.

Prepare the yogurt

Place mixed berries scattered on top, then sprinkle with granola and cup mini chocolate chips.

Add the toppings

Transfer to a freezer until solid, then break into small pieces either by hand or with a sharp knife. Enjoy cold, though we recommend letting it sit out. Return leftovers to the freezer until needed.
