Here's What You'll Need
flour, baking powder, baking soda, everything bagel seasoning blend, milk, sour cream, butter
Preheat oven to 400F. In a bowl, combine AP flour, baking powder, baking soda, everything bagel seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Whisk well.
To the flour mixture, add thinly sliced scallions, cold sour cream, cold milk, and cooled melted butter. Stir well to incorporate. The dough will be sticky.
Spray a cookie scoop with nonstick cooking spray, then portion into 6 large biscuits. Scoop onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush each with a little melted butter.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and have puffed up. Best served warm or room temperature the day they're baked.
