Here's What You'll Need

Combine brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a medium bowl. Whisk well, then set aside.
Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.
Mix butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a stand mixer for 2 minutes on medium speed. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
To the mixer, add sour cream, milk, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth, about 1 minute.
In a small bowl, whisk together cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. With the mixer on low, add flour mixture, beating until just combine
Spread half the batter into the prepared pan, then sprinkle the filling on top. Spread remaining half of batter. Use a knife to swirl the filling into the batter.
Use a spatula to even out the top of the cake, sprinkle cinnamon sugar topping over the top, then bake for 55-60 minutes. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
