Here's what you'll need
Salami, mortadella, pepperoni, mozzarella, olives, roasted red peppers, sweet onion, basil, and a homemade Italian vinaigrette
Add sliced or cubed Italian meats, mozzarella, olives, roasted red peppers, and onion in a large mixing bowl.
Make the dressing
Place all vinaigrette ingredients in a measuring cup and whisk until blended.
Dress the salad
Pour the Italian vinaigrette on top, then toss to evenly coat.
Finish and serve
Add thinly sliced basil, toss, then taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
