Preheat a broiler to high. Place eggs, heavy cream, goat cheese, chopped tarragon, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl, then whisk well.

Heat grapeseed oil over medium heat. Add asparagus, then cook until tender, but still crisp, about 2-3 minutes.

Reduce temperature, then pour egg mixture on top of the cooked asparagus. Cook additional 2 minutes, then transfer to the preheated broiler. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the top is set.

Remove skillet from under the broiler. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and chives, then crumble goat cheese on top. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
