Here's What You'll Need
chicken thighs, rice flour, kosher salt, black pepper, sweet onion, olive oil, teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, scallion
Preheat oven to 425 F. Place half a thinly sliced sweet onion in a skillet or pan.
Dredge chicken thighs in rice flour, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Place chicken thighs on top of onion, then drizzle with olive oil. Cook chicken for 25-30 minutes, brushing the chicken with teriyaki sauce every 5 minutes.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve immediately.
