Here's What You'll Need
canned black beans, pepper jack cheese, cilantro, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, canola oil, flour tortillas
Combine drained black beans, shredded Pepper Jack cheese, chopped cilantro, cumin, dried oregano, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Place 4 tortillas in a single layer, leaving a little space in between. Divide black bean mixture onto each tortilla, then place a second tortilla on top. Divide remaining Pepper Jack between each.
Place in the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the tortillas are crispy. Serve immediately!
