Pat wings dry. Place in a bowl, season with baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine. Place on a baking sheet on top of a wire rack.

Cook the wings until the skin is crispy and the meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 F, about 40 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

With 5 minutes left in the cook time, make the sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well, then set aside.

Transfer the wings to a bowl. While hot, pour garlic parmesan sauce on top. Toss to thoroughly coat, sprinkle with parmesan and chopped parsley. Give a final toss. Serve immediately!
