Season Shrimp

In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, kosher salt, and Old Bay seasoning. Toss to combine.

Steam Shrimp

Place beer and water in a skillet,  heat until rapidly boiling. Turn down to a simmer. Place in a steamer basket, on top of skillet. Steam for 2 minutes, toss then cook 2-3 minutes more.

Finish and Serve

Remove shrimp and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, then serve with lemon wedges on the side. Can be served hot, room temperature, or cold.
