Preheat an oven to 400F. Place asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Roast for 8-10 minutes. Let cool slightly.

Once cool, take about 3 stalks of asparagus in your hand, wrap with a thin slice of prosciutto. Repeat with remaining asparagus and prosciutto, then transfer the bundles to a platter.
