Here's What You'll Need
skirt steak, bell peppers, poblano pepper, red onion, sweet onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper
Combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl, then stir to combine.
Place bell peppers, poblano, and onions in a bowl. Toss with olive oil and spice mixture. Remove pan from oven, then pour veggies on top into a thin layer. Cook under the broiler until charred, 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Place a second baking sheet under the broiler. Place steak in a bowl, then toss with remaining oil and spice rub. The more you add, the spicier it will be.
Carefully remove the preheated baking sheet and pour the steak on top. Again, spread into a thin, even layer, then cook for 5 minutes under the broiler. No tossing required!
Combine both the veggies and the steak on one sheet pan. Serve with all your favorite fajita toppings in warm flour tortillas with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
