Combine steak marinade ingredients in a large container or Tupperware. Add skirt steak, then cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 1-2 hours.

When ready, preheat broiler to high. Place steak on a parchment lined baking sheet. Broil on high about 3-4 minutes per side, until medium rare, about 125-130 F.
