Here's What You'll Need
smoked salmon, red onion, jalapeño, capers, scallions, lemon, dill, olive oil, salt
If the smoked salmon is cut into slices, use a sharp knife to give it rough chop into small, bite-size pieces. Place the salmon in a large mixing bowl.
To this, add minced red onion, minced jalapeño, drained capers, thinly sliced scallions (or chives), the zest of 1 lemon, fresh lemon juice, and finely chopped dill.
Add olive oil, then stir well. Taste, then season with salt, if needed. Refrigerate until needed (we recommend 1 hour, if possible), but you can absolutely serve immediately!
