Here's What You'll Need
strawberry rosé salad kit, goat cheese, phyllo dough, butter, flaky sea salt, black pepper
Cut goat cheese into medallions. Stack two sheets of phyllo on top of each other, cut into rectangles. Place one medallion on the bottom, then roll the dough around it. Repeat with remaining goat cheese and phyllo dough.
Transfer to a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle each with a little flaky sea salt and a touch of black pepper
Serve over Strawberry Rosé Chopped Kit immediately with almonds and strawberry infused cranberries.
