You can call this a gift guide or think of it as my personal referral of tried and true products and services. Here’s what I’ve been loving in 2022 and would recommend without hesitation!

Not joking when I say this service was a game changer for me this year. CLEAR is essentially a way to bypass security at airports after passing a quick background check. Honestly, as a mother with 3 kids — and really, just as a person with very little patience — I found it invaluable, particularly at the always terrible Orlando International Airport. Utter chaos at all times because of Disney.
In fact, if you need me to sell it to you further, when we were down in Orlando visiting family over the summer, I actually lost my license and only realized as we were entering the airport, and still, I had no problems getting through security because I had CLEAR. Worth every penny!

Shark products are amazing. Everything from their vacuum cleaners to personal beauty products. I am absolutely loving this blow dryer! It comes with a couple different attachments, but I tacked on the diffuser as well (shout out to my curly and wavy haired gals!). They also have this new FlexStyle multi-styling tool that people are going crazy over. It’s an investment for sure, but I style my hair enough to know this is money well spent.

It took a lot of testing, but I have finally found kitchen towels that I can proudly recommend! Not only do these come in a ton of fun patterns, colors, and sizes, but they actually dry! Wash after wash, these come out like new and have been a very welcomed addition to our dish drying game.

These are hands down my favorite chocolate truffles! Better than Lindt, better than Ghirardelli, better than anything else I’ve tried. My go-to are the Sea Salt Caramel truffles, but they come in a few different flavors and all of them are fantastic. Buy a few small packages, then gift them to friends, neighbors, teachers — really anyone who appreciates high quality chocolate!

I would never refer to myself as anyone with a deep appreciation for makeup or any real knowledge on beauty essentials, but exploring the lineup of Jones Road Beauty products has been eye opening. I love that everything is made from clean, all natural ingredients, is cruelty-free, and comes in a variety of shades for every skin tone. They’re especially known for their incredible Miracle Balm — a little goes a long way!
They actually have these great holiday kits available now. I just snagged an eyeshadow set. Truly love all these products!

I treated myself to this Lululemon Always Effortless jacket back in August and wore it pretty much all fall. Now that we’re dipping into winter weather, I’m going to have it shelf it until spring, but you better believe when the temps rise back up above 50, I’ll be wearing this every single day. It truly is effortlessly chic!
I also snagged this Festival Bag, which, you guessed it, is perfect for concerts and shows. It’s just large enough for a few must-have items, and I love that it’s clutter-free.

Once again, these sneakers make my top must-have list! They’re such a splurge, but my god they are the most comfortable sneakers I’ve ever owned in my life! They come in so many different colors, you will want them in every shade! My go-to travel sneaker; I can walk endlessly in these without any discomfort. A true testament to their durability and comfort!

We are definitely an Amazon family! We have two ECHO show devices in the house, and our kids each have an ECHO Dot kid device in their bedrooms. For them, they use it primarily for listening to music, asking Alexa to tell them jokes, and fact checking. Personally, I love that the devices are connected kind of like an intercom so I can ‘drop in’ on the kids devices to let them know it’s time for dinner without actually having to walk up one or two flights of stairs… sheer laziness, but I love it.
And actually now there is a new ECHO Show 15 that is flat and can be hung on a wall. I love the idea of this for an interactive, changeable way to keep the family schedule organized.

9. Subscription to Audible
Audible has been a game changer for me in terms of how much reading I’ve done this year. My personal schedule is such that I have a lot of mindless driving time (did you know I’m a professional chauffeur in the afternoons to my 3 kids?). I also listen to audio books while doing typical household chores: folding laundry, washing dishes, vacuuming, etc. It just makes for an overall more enjoyable experience when doing mindless, mundane tasks. I truly forgot how much reading means to me until I prioritized it this year.
In fact, you can check out my favorite books from 2022 here!

10. Monos Luggage
This is a travel essential that I am so glad we invested in After two years of next-to-no exploring, we took the kids on a few trips this year, including both domestic and international travel. The kids, in particular, needed new suitcases, as the ones I purchased for them when they were smaller could only fit like 4 shirts and one pair of pants… a bit of an exaggeration, but they were clearly designed with toddlers in mind.
These are sturdy, yet lightweight, have a ton more pockets than AWAY luggage, and were just fantastic.
We could go on and on about all the items we’ve loved throughout the year, but these 10 have left the best impression. We hope you love them as much as we do!
