There’s so much to love about cod, from it’s tender, flaky texture, to its versatility across a variety of recipes. It can easily be used in so many different cuisines. The reader favorite recipe is unquestionably this easy Mediterranean baked cod. I can see why, it’s a one dish wonder!
My personal favorites are Parmesan-crusted cod (truly feels restaurant-worthy!) and these irresistibly crispy beer-battered fish and chips!
